Project Overview

Architected and developed a comprehensive, end-to-end enterprise logistics fleet management ecosystem connecting admins, customers, and couriers, powered by intelligent blockchain technology. The platform features microservices backend, dedicated PWAs for each user role, and Web3 smart contract integration for trustless payments.

The Challenge

• Building a high-performance microservices architecture that handles real-time fleet tracking, cross-platform PWA delivery, and blockchain-based payment escrow — all while maintaining scalability across 9+ distinct services and multiple user roles

The Solution

• Designed a microservices backend using Go and gRPC for blazing-fast internal communication, orchestrated with a NATS message broker
• Built dedicated PWAs for Couriers and Customers using Next
• js 14 with real-time route tracking
• Innovatively integrated Sui Move smart contracts for Proof of Delivery NFTs and trustless COD Escrow payments
